Walkford Takeaway Let following successful change of use 

Commercial property agents, James and Sons, have secured a letting in Walkford following a  successful change of use planning application.  The property, 106 Ringwood Road, occupies a prominent position in the main Walkford retail parade. Previously occupied as a bookmakers, there had been a strong level of interest for use as a takeaway premises. On behalf of the freeholder, James and Sons appointed Pure Town Planning who submitted the successful planning application for change of use to A5 – hot food takeaway.
