Simon joined James and Sons in 1985, became a partner in 1992 and owner in 2001. He specialises in commercial property agency, valuation and landlord and tenant matters and has been elected on the RICS Presidents’ panel of Arbitrators as well as the panel of Independent Experts. He was elected as a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1993 and was admitted as an Associate to the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in 2005.
