James and Sons complete letting at 368 Ashley Road, Poole
Acting on behalf of private clients, James and Sons have let the former Subway retail premises at 368 Ashley Road, Parkstone, Poole. The ingoing tenant, Care and Relief for the Young (CRY), are a national charity dedicated to caring for disadvantaged, destitute and suffering children, young people and their families.
The subject premises comprise a net retail area of 990 ft² with 660 ft² of additional storage. The Ashley Road letting had a quoting rental of £18,000 per annum, exclusive.
