Report a Repair through Fixflo

At James & Sons, we strive to ensure all our tenants have a comfortable and well-maintained living environment. To make reporting any repairs or maintenance issues easier, we have partnered with Fixflo, an online repair reporting system.

How to Report a Repair

  1. Access Fixflo: Click on the ‘Submit your maintenance request’ link below. This will redirect you to the Fixflo platform.
  2. Select the Issue: On the Fixflo platform, you will be prompted to select the type of issue you are experiencing. Fixflo provides a range of categories to choose from, such as plumbing, electrical, heating, and more.
  3. Provide Details: Once you have selected the issue, you will be asked to provide more details. This may include the location of the problem, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. Providing detailed information helps us address the problem more efficiently.
  4. Submit the Report: After completing the necessary details, submit your repair request. You will receive a confirmation email with a reference number for your report.
  5. Follow-Up: Our maintenance team will review your report and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue. You may be contacted for further information or to schedule a technician’s visit.

Emergency Repairs – Out of hours

Emergency and out of hour repairs should be reported through Fixflo and highlighted as an emergency. However, this should only be selected if the repair cannot wait until the next working day.
