Peter J Davy

Peter specialises in commercial property, specifically in respect of valuation, landlord and tenant and property management. He also undertakes residential leasehold valuations, including lease extensions and enfranchisement cases.

He qualified as a chartered surveyor at James and Sons in 2004 and has worked throughout Dorset and Hampshire since 2002. He became a Partner in 2014.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Good planning skills

2006 – 09: Senior Surveyor with King Sturge LLP specialising in valuation for loan security purposes
2009 – 2013: Senior Surveyor with Ridge and Partners LLP
2013- present: Returned to James and Sons as Associate Partner. Equity partner since 2014
